  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Some items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

2. Initiation of Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 3 days.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item instead.
